If your company doesn't have a internal IT resource then support of your business critical email services can be a headache.
If you purchase your hosting services from Denobi we provide you with the creation of up to 10 email addresses & will help you with the original set up of your email.
Thereafter you can choose to either prepay for an Email Support Package or you can pay as you go.
The Email support package offers you the option of paying by the hour, or getting five hours for the price of four. It covers the following activities:
- Set up of new email address
- Cancellation of email address
- Set up out of office
- Change of email address (forward, delete)
- Update of password
- Step by step set up instruction
- Reconfiguration of help if Outlook is not working
