Microsoft Outlook Email Setup
From the main menu, choose Tools and then E-mail Accounts.
Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
Select POP3 as your server type and click Next.
Your Name: Enter your name as you wish it to be viewed by the people to whom you send your email.
Email Address: The E-mail Address should be in the following format email@domain.com.
Server Information:
Incoming mail server (POP3) is mail.yourdomain.com 'or' mail.yourdomain.ie.
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) is mail.yourdomain.com 'or' mail.yourdomain.ie.
Username: The "User Name" field should be filled with your full email address.
Password: The password field should be filled with the password relevant to that email account.
When you are finished, click on the More Settings button.
In the More Settings menu, go to the Outgoing Server tab and make sure that My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is Not selected. Then click OK to return to the previous menu.
Click Next to continue.
Click Ok 'or' Finish to complete setting up your mail settings.
